At Bosara, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Note: Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse cannot be returned.se to complete your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:
Gift cards
Custom-made or personalized leather items
Leather care products (e.g., conditioners, polish)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

- Contact your bank.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping.

Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If it was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For high-value leather items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
